No Council Meeting on October 22

The Helotes City Council meeting that was scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2009, was cancelled.  According to Rick Schroder, the City Administrator, the meeting was cancelled due to “lack of City business.”

Now I’m wondering why the City has no business.  First, there was nothing for P&Z to do, and now there’s nothing for Council to do.  What’s up with that?

There will be only two more Council meetings in 2009, unless they are also cancelled.  Typically, there is only one meeting in November, because of Thanksgiving, and one in December, because of Christmas.
