Salve Making Class
A Salve Making class taught by Sam Coffman of The Human Path will be held at the Helotes Creek Nature Center at 14433 Old Bandera Road, Helotes, on Saturday, August 15, 2009, at 3 p.m. The cost will be $25.
Injuries to the skin and soft tissue are the most common injuries we suffer. Herbal salves offer a way to not only help keep bacteria and other pathogens at bay, but more importantly to help speed the healing process and support our bodies as they repair themselves. During the class, three ointments/salves will be created for topical use.
