PUBLIC HEARING:  There will be a public hearing on amendments to the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 98 Zoning, Schedule of Uses, and to Chapter 98 Zoning, Sec. 98-69, Overlay District (B3-OD).

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON:

a request for a monument sign for Ooh La La Decor & More located at 12440 Bandera Road;

a conceptual design plan for the expansion of an existing building at Stellar Books located at 14391 Riggs Road;

amendments to the existing Schedule of Uses and the proposed Commercial and Residential Schedule of Uses; and

amendments to B3 Overlay District Schedule of Uses.
